Letter Concerning Revisions to START Policy

As all of you are aware, the revisions to the START Policy effective July 12th were not agreed to by this Committee.  In fact, we feel the changes are a direct violation of both the NKP and Wabash Schedule Agreements.  Therefore, we have sent this letter to Vice President Wheeler and requested a suspension of these changes until we can meet and make necessary revisions.
