Revisions to NS START Policy

NS Vice President of Transportation Mike Wheeler announced the attached changes to the NS START Policy to be effective on July 12, 2010.  The Company is taking a much harder stance on GR-13 and GR-14 violations and also violations that result in derailments and incidents.
